Reggie is the impulsive core of RCJay, a paranormal investigative company he runs with close friends Cathy Krosheck and Jason Len. He tends to have a devil-may-care attitude that amplifies his wonder of the natural and supernatural worlds around him. He doesn't wait around. He gets things done.  This excitement often infects Cathy but sometimes irritates Jason when it gets them into situations that conflict with their paying jobs.

Reggie has a strong emotional bond with Cathy because of their shared friendship and psychic abilities but when they conflict with his work on his newly developed spirit contact method he calls "mind link", he lets her go. Realizing his mistake too late he redeems himself by saving Cathy's life, ironically enough, through his mind link process.
